If you're walking around Domino, you may find a... ...It's a Sullivan sitting on a wall or on a bench. Yes. That Sullivan is messing around with a deck, occasionally buzzing to itself. It could also be humming, but it's more of an insect droning noise. Its still wearing it's normal hoodie with jeans and a t-shirt, kicking its feet in time to it's buzzing.

Shian's tough. Comes with the territory, really. I don't think I've dueled them regularly, but it wouldn't surprise me that they're tough as nails to beat.

Thinking about switching to Stall tactics or something?

Just so long as Evilswarm isn't indicative of the mischief you're up to, don't see any reason why not. Though... I don't think I've gotten a good look at the Outer Gods.
