[Mostly Closed Event Post]
Sullivan is lingering on the edge of the LDS Campus, waiting for Shian. Their phone is floating slightly behind them, and they seem to be... extra off feeling. If you look closely, you can tell there's almost doll-like joints on their knuckles and fingers. Their ill-fitting suit obscures probably more, which they're wearing despite it being the start of summer and seem to be fine, despite the heat. A large satchel is on their back and they've produced a few instruments from it.
They've gotten here remarkably fast, impossibly so, so there's time to question what this obviously strange lunatic is doing before they head in with their erstwhile helper to begin investigating and helping if you've got a reason to be on LDS' campus.

You look like you've been busy with things. We're here to ask you about the incident you just experienced that got you sent to here-- representing SAI. Samasu, Shian.
We've met, before.

Their gaze lingers on Ms. Hartmann, but keeps going to the papers on the walls, as if taking it all in.

::The math seems to be regarding physics and astrophysics and dimensions, very high end stuff, GNC #1 and GNC #2. She's squatting on the wall, scribbling against a piece of paper with a pen.::
no subject
Like I said, we're here to question you about the incident. Which I guess comes to the first step of this:
Do you remember what happened?

::It's basically describing mathematics needed for dimensional travel and the 12 Dimensions if you have any mathematical inclinations.
She hrms, thinks for a moment, and pulls out more red string, tying it to the tack pinning the paper, and walks through the air to the opposite wall, and starts tying it to another piece of paper.::

::Pauses for a moment.::
To be honest? I feel like many screws in my head feel unscrewed, but it's been extremely productive for my work, many breakthroughs, even though the laptops keep breaking when I try to enter the equations involved.
Now if only I could incentivize someone to call it the "Multiversal Speedvay" instead of the "Dimensional Highvay", I vould feel right as rain, ja.
::Pulls out a notepad and starts scribbling as she walks across the walls, carefully avoiding stepping on any of the paperwork.::
no subject
This is all your "work", then? All of this? *gesturing around the room*
What are you ultimately trying to do, with all of these equations? Just to be specific about it.
no subject
Mr. Akaba has extremely strong vested interest in humans having control over our ability to go into the 12 Dimensions on our own, as Duel Spirits, Monsters, whatever you vant to call them, are hesitant to give us actual access, and look for vat he calls Fusion, Synchro and Xyz Dimensions, to see if any fragments still exist.
We have deals with Amahara Heavy Industries for equipment to make infinite trackvay, but no breakthrough on ze mathematics needed to operate said system in many years.
Now, many breakthroughs.
That make sense, ja?
no subject
*this is a better situation than they expected at least-- she's technically doing the work she's supposed to be doing, apparently, but the unscrewing is... hm.*
I guess the real question here is: if you're aware things feel "unscrewed", would you want things to be... screwed back in?
no subject
::Ponders for a solid minute quietly. She's sincerely thinking through the question and then replies.::
Nein.
Project keeps getting near half cancelled by overly pushy shareholders, vould rather it be completed, or at least shove signs of progress at said shareholders to make them shut up and gloat in their faces.
::Pause.::
Also valking on valls and in mid-air is quite useful.
no subject
"And you've done all of this in only a few hours? I'm quite impressed, honestly. If you need extra eyes, I know someone, and would be willing to help when my investigation concludes, though my efforts in these ventures are more mystical.
And you burned out the laptops trying to do these on there, correct?"
no subject
::Waves hands.::
Equations, the machines overheat and the Operating System fries.
::Clicks her tongue.::
And I might be interested as long as they and you vould sign the standard NDAs involved, ja. And you bring something in for Taco Tuesday.
no subject
They blink.
"This stuff should be all done by hand until you can get a much much stronger computer. Has Echo, or whatever she is now attempted to make contact with you in any way again? Do you have any urge to tear apart or destroy reality as we know it? Besides the obvious tears your project would make?"
no subject
Though. Hrm.
::Thinks.::
Not terribly, but I do notice, Universe seems structurally unstable as hell, give it less than a century before it collapses.
::Crossing her arms.::
no subject
*Noriko's probably stressed out about the instability more than once, anyway, around me...*
no subject
::Looks up at the ceiling.::
I do think, the bigger concern if you are trying to probe me, is the only vay I can figure of computers required to run these calculations vould either require necromancy involving skulls or home-grown bio-computation, and I'm not sure those vould be more than starting stepping stones, ja know?
no subject
Yeah, there's a bit of probing going on there, but I guess mostly the only thing I'm worried about now is your attacker trying to get into contact with you again for one reason or another.
You brought up NDAs? *and Taco Tuesdays?*
no subject
Standard practice, you know.
::Waves her hand.::
And as to my attacker: Let him try, I vant his head on a pike. Already figured out how to improve Deck.
::Yes. Taco Tuesday. Get free party Tacos at work, also Spanish-style Japanese pop rock.::
no subject
We might be signing NDAs and participating in that, sure.
Lemme talk with my companion here first, though, privately. So we're sure on the same page with our thoughts.
no subject
::Waves her hand.::
no subject
*gestures for Sullivan to follow them, stepping outside of the room, carefully.*
